What we fly, and what you get back.
Seven services · one instrument standard
Every engagement is contracted with the owner of the asset and flown with written consent. What follows is the deliverable, not the flight — the document your engineer cites, your lender files, or your board reads.
Seven entries The list
- 01 Canal seepage thermography Dawn radiometric flight along a canal reach, delivered as a stationed hotspot map and a repeatable baseline. Deliverables
- Stationed hotspot map (station / offset)
- ΔT table, severity + verification flags
- Thermal and visible orthomosaics
- Photogrammetric surface model
- KMZ for the district GIS
- PDF report — method, conditions, limits
- 02 Electrical & industrial thermal inspection NFPA 70B electrical and mechanical thermography — substations, switchgear, motors, bearings, roof-mounted equipment. Deliverables
- Radiometric R-JPEGs
- Annotated anomaly images
- Findings table — ΔT, load, severity
- PDF report, NFPA 70B referenced
- 03 Roofing Condition inspection, and ASTM C1153 thermal moisture survey where the question is what is in the roof rather than on it. Moisture findings are verified by cores; a probe counts only after it is checked against one. Deliverables
- High-resolution RGB orthomosaic
- Annotated defect photographs
- Measured areas
- Thermal moisture survey (ASTM C1153)
- Condition report PDF
- 04 Construction progress documentation Dated, georeferenced capture on a cadence, for the general contractor, owner or lender who needs to verify what was actually built. Deliverables
- Dated georeferenced orthomosaic
- Photogrammetric 3D model
- Change detection vs. prior capture
- Volumetric reports
- Timestamped photo archive
- PDF progress report
- 05 Mapping & 3D modeling Photogrammetric orthomosaics, surface models and volumes, supplied for informational and relative use. Not survey work. No boundary, benchmark or authoritative output — that is a licensed Idaho PLS. Deliverables
- Orthomosaic (GeoTIFF)
- Digital surface model
- Photogrammetric 3D mesh
- Volume calculations
- Relative-accuracy statement
- 06 Solar Small commercial rooftop and ground array diagnostics — hot cells, bypass diodes, string and module faults. Requires 600 W/m² on the array, held steady, and no moving cloud shadows. Deliverables
- Thermal and RGB orthomosaic
- Module-level anomaly map
- Geotagged anomaly list (IEC TS 62446-3)
- CSV export
- PDF report
- 07 Agriculture Seasonal per-job work for Idaho growers where aerial timing and resolution beat satellite — pivot diagnostics, stand counts, hail damage. RGB and thermal indices only. True NDVI/NDRE needs a calibrated multispectral sensor we do not fly. Deliverables
- RGB index maps (VARI)
- Thermal stress maps
- Stand-count / zone maps
- GeoTIFF and shapefile outputs
Where a service leads.
Seven services, one discipline. Each page states the method, the standard it is written against, what you receive and where the boundary falls. A service is the instrument and the deliverable.
When your question is a decision rather than an instrument, start from the solutions: which reach to line, whether the insulation is wet, what an NFPA 70B program has to document. When it is a job title, start from who we serve.

How engagements work.
Work is contracted per job, directly with the owner of the asset — the district, the facility, the general contractor. Written authorization from the owner is in place before every flight.
Where the work has a natural cadence — an annual re-flight, a monthly progress capture, a portfolio on a maintenance cycle — the same per-job flights are packaged as a retainer. Same structure, scheduled ahead.
Pricing is quoted per scope. There is no rate card, because a canal reach and a switchgear room are not the same job.

A short call sizes the work, fixes the capture window, and sets what verification your team will do.
